All catering are served buffet style and charged on a per person basis.

Catering Service includes:

• Delivery and set-up
• Supervision of serving line for 1 hour
• All paper products and plastic eating utensils
• Serving utensils
• Three side dishes are provided
  • Bar-B-Que Beans
  • Potato Salad
  • Cole Slaw
• Choice of bread or buns
• Clean up of the serving area
• You will need to provide table space for the Buffet line or lines, but we will bring buffet line table cloths.

Final count for your event is required 48 hours in advance.
50% booking fee is required at time of booking.
Cancellation requires 72 hour notice.
